Mango Wood Pendant Light 7

A mango wood pendant light 7 built to order in solid mango wood in our Saharanpur workshop. Aldo 34" 3-Light Wood & Black Cage Linear Pendant Light. Finished in honey, with the grain left where you can see it. Mango wood is close-grained and warm in colour, a plantation hardwood that takes a finish evenly. The timber is seasoned before a single cut is made, so the piece stays true through Indian summers and monsoons. Every surface is sanded through the grades until it is smooth to the hand, not just to the eye. Boards are picked for grain and strength, then planed, cut and fitted by hand. We finish by hand, wiping back between coats, so the surface still feels like wood. It measures 12 x 12 x 14 in (30 x 30 x 36 cm) and weighs about 3.1 kg.
