1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or placing an order on woodencarvora.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site.
2. Products and Pricing
We make every effort to display our products and pricing accurately. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Prices are shown in US Dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless stated otherwise.
3. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is authorized and captured at the time of order. Custom and made-to-order furniture is produced specifically for you and may not be cancelled or modified more than 48 hours after the order is placed.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. White-glove delivery is required for items exceeding 150 lbs and includes in-home placement and packaging removal.
5. Returns and Warranty
Standard items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, original condition. Custom orders are final sale except in the case of manufacturing defects or shipping damage. All furniture is covered by our lifetime structural warranty; upholstery and finishes carry a 5-year warranty. See our FAQ page for full details.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including product designs, photography, and text, is the property of Carvora Enterprises and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
WoodenCarvora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the purchase of our products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
