Teak Wood Round Raised Dog Bed Frame

A teak wood round raised dog bed frame in solid teak, cut, joined and finished by hand. Mid-century modern raised dog bed with a premium solid pine wood frame, slatted base, and reinforced corners for breathable, temperature-regulating support; includes a washable plush orthopedic foam mattress and rounded safe edges. Finished in brown, with the grain left where you can see it. Teak carries its own oils, which is why it takes heat, damp and years of use better than anything else we work with. Boards are picked for grain and strength, then planed, cut and fitted by hand. The frame is squared and checked before the finish goes on, and again after. Every surface is sanded through the grades until it is smooth to the hand, not just to the eye. We finish by hand, wiping back between coats, so the surface still feels like wood. It measures 32 x 24 x 10 in (81 x 61 x 25 cm) and weighs about 95.0 kg.
