A sheesham wood hand-carved storage sideboard 2 built to order in solid sheesham in our Saharanpur workshop. 48" Sideboard Buffet Cabinet Hollow-Carved Doors, Modern Storage Credenza with 4 Doors, Accent Cabinet for Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen. Finished in walnut, with the grain left where you can see it. Sheesham is the wood Saharanpur is known for: dense North Indian rosewood, deep brown, and the first choice of our carvers. The frame is squared and checked before the finish goes on, and again after. The timber is seasoned before a single cut is made, so the piece stays true through Indian summers and monsoons. Joints are mortise and tenon, cut and fitted dry before anything is glued. We finish by hand, wiping back between coats, so the surface still feels like wood. It measures 60 x 18 x 32 in (152 x 46 x 81 cm) and weighs about 69.7 kg.
