Elevated dog bed built as a stylish furniture piece, combining a solid wood frame with luxurious memory foam padding for support; designed to blend seamlessly with home decor in any room. Finished in natural, with the grain left where you can see it. Acacia is hard-wearing, with a grain that runs pale gold to deep brown across a single board. Joints are mortise and tenon, cut and fitted dry before anything is glued. The frame is squared and checked before the finish goes on, and again after. The timber is seasoned before a single cut is made, so the piece stays true through Indian summers and monsoons. We finish by hand, wiping back between coats, so the surface still feels like wood. It measures 32 x 24 x 10 in (81 x 61 x 25 cm) and weighs about 13.6 kg.
