A acacia wood cat feeding station / perch built to order in solid acacia in our Saharanpur workshop. All-in-one sleek cat feeding station combining a pull-out feeding platform, a spill-catching silicone mat, and a built-in window perch on top for sunny birdwatching or napping; lower compartment doubles as a resting nook. Finished in natural light wood tone, with the grain left where you can see it. Acacia is hard-wearing, with a grain that runs pale gold to deep brown across a single board. Joints are mortise and tenon, cut and fitted dry before anything is glued. The timber is seasoned before a single cut is made, so the piece stays true through Indian summers and monsoons. Every surface is sanded through the grades until it is smooth to the hand, not just to the eye. We finish by hand, wiping back between coats, so the surface still feels like wood. It measures 20 x 10 x 8 in (51 x 25 x 20 cm) and weighs about 2.8 kg.
